Spending Control, Monitoring and Notifications

NAL Research offers spend control monitoring services for your Certus SIM cards and terminals to prevent unnecessary excess usage.

Spend controls rely on third-party billing data being supplied by Iridium so there may be delays in reporting. Therefore, the timeliness of the data cannot be guaranteed.

Email Alert

Email alerts allow for an email to automatically be sent to a customer when a certain event happens, such as a certain threshold of data being used. They are created at the SIM level, not the customer level.

Please supply the contact details and designated email addresses of the person who will receive the notifications.

Because we rely on third party billing data, NAL Research cannot guarantee that live notifications will be sent to customer. However, best efforts will be made to monitor, notify, suspend terminals based upon usage. NAL Research shall not be liable if a notification is not sent or if additional traffic is generated after a suspension.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that the equipment activated in this request is subject to the same terms and conditions of initial purchase, as that of the most current Equipment and Purchase Service Agreement, with the addition as to the one year service commitment beginning on the “Effective Date” listed on this activation request. Any applicable activation fees will be invoiced accordingly and payment will be processed in the same method as committed in the most current contract for NAL Research's product and/or service.
